Thirty days, no questions asked. If the kit does not make your planning clearer, ask for your money back and you will get it.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or write to support@theweddingplanningkit.com with the email address you used at checkout.

You do not have to explain why. You do not have to prove anything. You do not have to delete the files.

How it is processed

Refunds are issued back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it usually appears within five to ten business days.

Why the policy is this simple

A digital file costs us nothing to send. Arguing with someone who is unhappy about a $29 purchase costs both of us more than the refund does — and we would rather you tell a friend that we were straightforward about it.

One thing we would appreciate

If something did not work, tell us what. You do not have to, and the refund does not depend on it, but it is how the product gets better.
