The short version: we do not want your data, we do not sell it, and there is no account to create.
What happens on this website
This site does not ask you to register, and it does not store anything about you on our side.
We use the Meta advertising pixel to measure whether our ads work — it tells us that a visit or a purchase happened, so we know which ad to keep running. Meta may use that information according to their own policies. If you would rather not be measured, an ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection will stop it.
What happens at checkout
Checkout runs on Payhip, and payment is processed by PayPal or Stripe, depending on how you choose to pay. Your name, email address and billing country are shared with Payhip so we can deliver your files and send your receipt. Your card or PayPal details go only to the payment processor, never to us. Their privacy policies govern that data.
We see your email address and what you bought, so we can support you and process a refund if you ask for one. We do not see your card details at any point.
If you write to support@theweddingplanningkit.com, we keep the conversation so we can help you. We will not add you to a marketing list because of it.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your details to anyone.
- Pass your information to wedding vendors, venues or advertisers.
- Email you offers you did not ask for.
This is not just policy — it is the reason the product costs money instead of being free.
Your data inside the workbook
Once you download the files, everything you type into them stays on your own computer or in your own spreadsheet account. It never reaches us. We cannot see your budget, your guest list or anything else you enter.
Asking us about your data
Write to support@theweddingplanningkit.com and we will tell you what we hold, or delete it, whichever you prefer.
